St. Matthew Lutheran Church, a congregation of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), is dedicated to faithfully proclaiming Christ crucified and risen through a strong commitment to catechesis, liturgical worship, and authentic community.

At the heart of the church’s mission is catechesis, where all ages are continually nurtured in the Christian faith through Bible study, teaching of the Small Catechism, and an emphasis on lifelong learning grounded in Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions.

Liturgical worship is central to the life of the congregation, embracing the rich traditions of the historic liturgy. Through Word and Sacrament ministry, worshippers receive God’s gifts of forgiveness, life, and salvation, participating in a reverent and Christ-centered liturgy that connects them to the universal church across time and place.

The church also values authentic community, not only within the congregation but extending outward in Christian love and service. Members are encouraged to support and care for one another, embodying the love of Christ and providing a welcoming place for all who seek the truth of the Gospel.
